Erin Primeaux

Co-Owner & Wellness Coach

From a young age, Erin was taught the importance of a healthy, active lifestyle by her father. Her father was also, unfortunately, plagued by type 1 diabetes. Through his struggles with this hereditary disease, he stayed continuously active and had a positive outlook on life. Though his time was limited, he made the best of it and lived 10 years longer than his doctors’ prediction. This was immensely impactful, and reiterated and reinforced the importance of staying active to improve longevity. Erin’s heightened focus on wellness has driven her personally but just as her father bestowed this gift to her, she enjoys paying it forward by supporting and empowering others on their journey.

Erin holds a Master of Science Degree in Healthcare Management from the University of New Orleans and over 14 years of experience in healthcare administration; specializing in medical staff affairs, hospital community relations and clinic management. As a strong advocate for physicians and advanced practice practitioners, Erin played a critical role ensuring medical staff compliance and cultivating staff engagement but was most passionate about connecting the medical staff with the community. She often found herself devoting more time to community partnership. She developed and grew the hospital's community outreach program including the Community Health Needs Assessment and was an active participant in the New Orleans Community Health Improvement Plan. Both gave her a clear understanding of the medical ailments that afflict our community including the role weight management plays locally and nationally.

For five years, Erin was also a cultural leader within the Ochsner Health System, serving as President of the Women Empowering Women Resource Group; previously Vice President and Wellness Chair. Erin was a key leader in curating and implementing the ongoing strategic plan for personal and professional growth education, healthcare awareness, and diversity alliance. During this time, Erin gravitated towards mentoring and coaching up-and-coming professionals. Her passion for women’s health, wellness and mentoring others led Erin to pursue certification programs in personal training and nutrition coaching through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as well as a certified executive leadership coaching program (CoachRICE) at RICE University in Houston.

In addition to her healthcare experience, Erin worked in customer-driven markets received extensive education on the importance of creating superb client experiences. This has always been at the heart and soul of Erin’s dedication to foster a personal experience and safe environment for each client interaction. Erin’s strong people-focus drives her coaching program with a holistic, personalized approach. All of this led Erin’s decision to open the Center for Advanced Rejuvenation and Aesthetics in New Orleans. With Paul, her spouse and business partner, they built the business with a high focus on longevity and helping others life their best life.
