Directions: Our building (the DXC Building) is located directly across the street from the Superdome. Secure parking is available in the Parking Garage (entrance is at the back of the building on Perdido Street). We are on the 3rd floor, STE 350 within Prime Fitness RX. Please bring your garage parking ticket to your appointment so we may validate it. Street parking is also an option - meter rates apply.
Enter Prime Fitness RX Gym and walk down and the hallway on the left will lead you to our waiting room. You may check-in electronically and someone will greet you shortly.
What to expect during your consultation with one of our medical professionals:
- Check-in: Warm welcome, time to complete any requested forms, and take a series of 18 pre-treatment photos. These photos will be stored in your confidential file.
