Chemical Peels

What is a Chemical Peel?

Our gentle, medical grade chemical peel is formulated to remove layers of skin to reveal a more youthful, glowing skin from beneath. Chemical Peels reduce fine lines and wrinkles, acne, and uneven skin coloring.

A chemical peel is a skin rejuvenation treatment that involves the application of a chemical solution to the skin in order to remove the outer layers of dead skin cells. This can help to improve the texture and tone of the skin, and can also help to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, sun damage, and other skin imperfections.

We will first evaluate your skin and discuss your goals and concerns with you in order to determine the best type of chemical peel for your specific needs.

How many treatments should I expect for optimal results?

The Recommended Treatments are 3-4 Treatments. 1 treatment/4 weeks apart. Beauty evaluation every 6-12 months.
(*Treatments may vary based on individuals desire outcome.)

What is the Chemical Peel process like?

The chemical peel process typically begins with the application of a pre-peel solution to the skin, which helps to prepare the skin for the peel and to minimize any potential discomfort. Next, the peel solution is applied to the skin and left on for a specific amount of time, depending on the type of peel being used. After the solution is removed, the skin is cleansed and a post-peel moisturizer is applied.

How long does the Chemical Peels process take?

Plan for a 30 minute visit for full face assessment.

What happens after the Chemical Peel procedure?

It's important to follow the post-treatment instructions provided by your skin specialist in order to maximize the benefits of the chemical peel and to promote proper healing. This may include avoiding sun exposure, using sunscreen, and avoiding certain skincare products. Most patients will see some improvement in the texture and tone of their skin after just one chemical peel, but multiple treatments may be necessary to achieve the desired results.

What should I expect for downtime following my treatment?

Avoid direct, excessive sun exposure or tanning 7-10 days before and 1-month after treatment. Redness and scaling 1-2 days or up to 1-week after treatment.

What is the cost of Chemical Peels?
