Lab Testing

Diabetes screening, Kidney, Liver and Thyroid function testing for all patients in the program. Genetic testing for rare gene deficits causing weight gain may be required in select patients.

Telehealth Medical Assessment

During your telemedicine visit you and your provider will review your lab work and create a weight loss plan including a medication prescription. The plan may include exercise, calorie reduction, diet improvements, and stress reduction. Your progress will be monitored throughout the year with follow up visits available as necessary.

Wellness Coaching

One-year of personalized, wellness coaching focusing on the following:

  1. An individualized exercise strategy.
  2. A personalized approach to calorie reduction emphasizing sustainable healthy eating.
  3. Sleep quality and improvement.
  4. Emotional health and stress reduction.

Our wellness coaches will be your accountability partner - helping you outline and manage your weight loss journey through regular telehealth visits on your schedule.

Calorie and Fitness Tracking

Erin Primeaux

Executive & Wellness Coaching

Erin is a certified coach from Rice University, Doerr Institute for New Leaders and certified wellness coach from National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). She holds a Master of Science Degree in Healthcare Management and over 14 years of experience in healthcare administration; specializing in medical staff affairs, community relations and clinic management. In addition to these roles, Erin was previously a cultural leader at Ochsner Health, serving as President of the Women Empowering Women (WoW) Resource Group; as well as Vice President and Wellness Chair. Erin was a key leader in curating and implementing the ongoing strategic plan for personal and professional growth education, healthcare awareness, and diversity alliance. Through WoW, Erin gravitated towards mentoring and coaching up-and-coming professionals. Her passion for women’s health, wellness and mentoring led Erin to pursue certification programs in personal training and nutrition coaching through the NASM  as well as an executive leadership coaching program, CoachRICE at RICE University.

Erin is most passionate about serving others and helping them become the best version of themselves inside and out. As an Executive Coach, Erin looks forward to using her education and background to help you live your best life.
